Our flat-rate cancellation fees include:
- In case of withdrawal to 11 days before arrival: 0% of the total price
- In case of withdrawal within 10 to 4 days of arrival: 50% of the total price
- In case of withdrawal within 3 days of arrival: 80% of the total price
- in the event of a no-show: 80% of the total price
