Our flat-rate cancellation fees include:

  • In case of withdrawal to 34 days before arrival: 0% of the total price
  • In case of withdrawal within 33 to 17 days of arrival: 70% of the total price
  • In case of withdrawal within 16 to 5 days of arrival: 90% of the total price
  • In case of withdrawal within 4 days of arrival: 95% of the total price

One child under 2 years of age goes free (per apartment), with no claim to his/her own bed or any additionally food or drink. Please enter this child in the price calculation regardless.

Local taxes and any other fees to be paid, e.g. registration fees, are included in the price.

If one of the following options is offered and used by you, it must be paid for on the holiday and is not included in the price, e.g. garage, heating, mobile air conditioning, use of washing machine, boat moorage, etc.
