FAQs about booking procedures

I. You have three opportunities to search for a suitable property via the home page:

  1. Simple search:
    Simply enter your travel details:
    Click on "search". All currently available properties will be displayed.
    Calendar:
    Click in the arrival and departure field to open the calendar. With the arrow symbols to the left and right of the month name you can switch switch back and forth between the months. Alternatively, you can also use the two selection fields for the month and the year.Simply click on the corresponding date to transfer it to the arrival or departure field.
    Total offering:
    If you would like to view our entire range of offers for a country, select first the country and then in the and then "all" in the region and city selection field and do not enter anything in the in the other fields. Then click on "Start search"!
  2. Advanced search:
    Please click on "Advanced search" in the left selection bar! Another part of the form another part of the form opens up at the bottom.
    Here you can enter your specific search criteria. When you have done so, please click on "Search" at the bottom of the page!
  3. Direct search
    In the "Direct search" at the top right under the main menu, you have the option of to display individual objects directly.
    To do this, enter the name or code of the holiday home you are looking for in the search field. After entering the first three characters, you will be shown suggestions for your search. suggestions for your search, which you can accept by clicking on them. If you do not wish to select a suggestion, click on the "magnifying glass" symbol to the right of the entry to extend the search. symbol to the right of the entry to carry out the search.

II. How can I show the price and have it calculated?

  1. After you have started the search, you will get the properties that meet your search criteria. Now click on a property of your choice and you can read the full description, view additional photos and see the exact price calculation.
  2. Once you have selected a property, we will display the cheapest booking for you. You can change this preselection or add other types of accommodation to your selection by changing the number of the available living units that appear under the booking suggestion and subsequently clicking on "Calculate price".
  3. Please note that you will only receive a calculation of your price if you have previously entered the arrival and departure date and the number of persons in the search field.
  4. If you have not yet entered an arrival and departure date, a query will be displayed under the pictures of the object, with which you can complete your data. Then you will the price of the object is also displayed.

III. How can I book ?

  1. Under the price calculation in the box "Your selection", you will see the field
    "Book now" to the right of the total price. Click here to be taken to the booking form.
  2. Please enter your personal data and the payment details and then click on the large then click on the big orange button "Book journey".

IV. General terms and conditions

You will find a link to our General Terms and Conditions on the booking form and at the bottom of every page. You can view and save these there.
We would like to inform you that Adrialin does not save the contract text. Of course you get all relevant booking data with our booking confirmation.

V. Confirmation of booking

  1. After receipt of your booking, you will receive an acknowledgment or a confirmation email within minutes with all the details on how to proceed.
  2. If you have not received an e-mail from us within an hour of making your booking, please let us know.
  3. If you initially only receive acknowledgment of the booking, you will usually receive a booking confirmation including an invoice via email within 24 hours.

VI. Payment

Information on payment will be displayed under "Payment options" as soon as you have carried out the price calculation for the desired object. You can choose between three payment options during the booking process:

  1. Payment by bank transfer
    • After the booking confirmation we ask you to immediately pay a rental deposit of 20 % of the rental price.
    • The remaining amount is due 6 weeks prior to the travel date.
    • For short term bookings(within six weeks of the departure date)the entire amount for the holiday is due.
    • Payment via bank transfer is only possible till 41 days prior to departure. Within the last 40 days, only payments referred to under headings 2 to 4 are accepted.
    • Any additional services used will be paid for on the spot (unless the property description states that they are included in the price).
  2. Payment by credit card
    • You can pay with the following credit cards: Master, VISA and American Express.
    • For bookings made more than 7 weeks before departure, you have the option to choose whether the full amount is debited immediately or only 20 % as a rental deposit. If you select the rental deposit here, the remaining amount will be debited 6 weeks before departure. Please make sure that your credit card will still be valid at this point in time.
    • Any additional services used will be paid for on the spot (unless the property description states that they are included in the price).)
  3. Payment by direct debit
    • If you have a bank account in Germany or Austria, you can pay by direct debit.
    • For bookings made more than 7 weeks before departure, you have the option to choose whether the full amount is debited immediately or only 20 % as a rental deposit. If you select the rental deposit here, the remaining amount will be debited 6 weeks before departure.
    • Any additional services used will be paid for on the spot (unless the property description states that they are included in the price).
  4. Payment via PayPal
    • If you have a PayPal account, you can make the payment via PayPal.
    • For bookings made more than 7 weeks before departure, you have the option to choose whether the full amount is debited immediately or only 20 % as a rental deposit. If you select the rental deposit here, you will receive a link shortly before the remaining amount is due, which you can use to enter the payment information again so that it can be charged.
    • Any additional services used will be paid for on the spot (unless the property description states that they are included in the price).

VII. Travel documents

  1. If the full price is to be paid to the service providers on site, we will send you the address and contact details for your accommodation with your booking confirmation.
  2. If the entire travel price is paid to us, we will send you the documents necessary for your arrival (travel voucher with directions and travel information) after payment of the entire travel price by email and, upon request, free of charge by mail.

VIII. Your support

Naturally, the employees of our customer service centre in Germany are available to provide advice and assistance before and during your booking. During your trip, the staff in your accommodation or a network of knowledgeable local staff will be happy to help you further.
